As Administrator, Leroy Moreno is a ​dedicated and experienced Physician ​Assistant who has been serving his ​community in family practice since his ​graduation from the University of Texas ​Medical Branch at Galveston in 1999. ​With over two decades of commitment ​to providing comprehensive healthcare, ​Leroy has become a trusted figure in his ​field. His extensive experience allows ​him to offer a wide range of medical ​services, from preventive care to ​managing chronic conditions. Known for ​his compassionate approach and ​dedication to patient education, Leroy ​ensures that his patients receive the ​highest quality of care tailored to their ​individual needs.

Julianna Luera, PA-C

Born and raised in the Rio Grande ​Valley, Julianna graduated from ​UTRGV in 2017 and has been ​practicing family medicine since. She ​is the mother to four amazing children ​that keep both her heart and schedule ​full. Her hobbies include weight ​training, biking, kayaking and thrift ​store shopping. Fun fact about her is ​that she was a kindergarten teacher ​before pursuing a medical degree. ​Her over ten years of training in the ​classroom has helped her become an ​effective communicator and problem ​solver. She prides herself in being ​open and honest with patients. She ​truly believes that following the ​golden rule of “do unto others as you ​would have them do unto you”, brings ​brighter days and fuller hearts. ​Blessings to all!
